Several years ago, while reading, “Experience God’s Love,” by Dale G. Renlund (reference below) my emotions took hold of my pen and marked every page. Anxious to remember his journey and counsel I began writing, and re-writing. Perhaps like a Psalm, it has become my practice, even my method of study, to attempt to embody important principles in a lyric, in a song. For me, this practice motivates deeper pondering, longer memory, and clearer application. Have you experienced the emotion of wanting to feel God’s love again?
